Gagan leads a team of an industry seniors with decades of experience. He has himself been actively working in the industry since 2003. He started from the grassroots level in the industry and has learnt the industry from the very basic level which gives him a very in-depth knowledge of the industry requirements. He has also been involved with security manpower and alarm systems business and being a member of high profile security associations like the ASIAL and STA he possesses the industry currency more than most. He is also a lead trainer with the RTO and he uses every iota of that knowledge and experience to impart a very real time training to ensure that the students not only learn about the security operations but also get excited about the wonderful journey they are about to commence.
